Currently in the foundation construction phase, the overall progress is efficient and orderly, with all key milestones advancing smoothly. In December 2024, DJI first disclosed the relevant plan, intending to build a 188,000-square-meter headquarters base in the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base, with the core positioning as the global headquarters for the intelligent aviation system industrial ecosystem.

On May 6, 2025, the T207-0066 plot in Shahe Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen was officially announced for transfer, with a starting price of 2.287 billion yuan, and DJI Innovation was specified as the intended land user, marking the official landing of the project plot. On May 28 of the same year, DJI successfully won the bid for the plot, finalizing the project. The plot covers an area of 15,657.68 square meters, with a total construction area of 188,000 square meters and a land use term of 30 years. Only one month after acquiring the land, the project quickly completed preliminary procedures, construction team formation and other preparatory work and commenced construction. As of January 2026, it is steadily carrying out foundation construction, with all processes advancing as planned.

According to the land transfer contract, the project is required to start construction within 2.5 years and complete delivery within 6 years after the contract is signed. It has now commenced construction ahead of schedule, reserving sufficient space for subsequent construction. The plot has a building height limit of 300 meters, and will be built into an exclusive headquarters carrier for the intelligent aviation industry in the future. Upon completion, the project will form a dual-headquarters layout with the Liuxiandong "Sky City". Currently, the foundation construction is progressing steadily, and the follow-up construction dynamics have attracted much attention from the industry.
